Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Telecallers and Support Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing product information, and generating sales leads. Additionally, you will offer support to existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
